We collect the following data when you use our service:

  • Account data: Your name, email address, and business details provided during registration.
  • Call data: Call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, call duration, and AI-generated summaries.
  • Usage data: Minutes used, SMS sent, login activity, and feature usage.
  • Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and improve our AI receptionist service
  • To send you call notifications and summaries
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To provide customer support

4. Call recordings

All calls are recorded with GDPR-compliant disclosure at the start of each conversation. Callers are informed that the call may be recorded for quality purposes. Recordings are:

  • Stored securely in EU data centres
  • Automatically deleted after 90 days
  • Accessible only to you via your dashboard

5. Data sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us deliver the service:

  • ElevenLabs: Voice AI processing
  • Twilio: Phone number provisioning and call routing
  • Supabase: Secure data storage (EU region)
  • Stripe: Payment processing

We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing

Our marketing site uses minimal, essential cookies only. Our dashboard uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email.
