Terms of Service

1. Service overview

VoiceDart Ltd ("VoiceDart", "we") provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist service ("the Service") for UK businesses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to your chosen plan. No credit card is required to start. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Usage limits

  • Starter plan: Hard cap — calls stop when minutes are exhausted.
  • Growth and Pro plans: Soft cap — calls continue beyond the limit and overage is billed at the plan's per-minute rate.
  • SMS notifications count toward your monthly SMS allocation.

5. Call recording and GDPR

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • All calls handled by VoiceDart are recorded.
  • Callers are informed of recording at the start of each call.
  • You are responsible for any additional GDPR obligations specific to your industry.
  • Recordings are stored in the EU and deleted after 90 days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities or fraud
  • Harassment or spam
  • Reselling the Service without written agreement
  • Any purpose that violates UK law

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages, including missed calls or lost business.

8. Limitation of liability

VoiceDart's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, your AI receptionist is deactivated and your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
